該系列管材機組主要采用SJ45型單螺桿擠出機生產(chǎn)，有單色、雙色、三色或多色共擠等多種 規(guī)格生產(chǎn)線。管材的形狀可以根據(jù)客戶需要而定。圓形、方形、三角形、菱形、多角形或異形等等。
該機組主要由擠出機、模具、真空泵定型和不銹鋼冷卻水箱，牽引裝置和定長旋轉(zhuǎn)切割裝置或 收卷裝置（適合于軟管）。
